Ju Yan

Ju Yan (b. June 1973), a doctor of engineering from Chongqing University, is chairman of Shanghai Hongqi Yunchuang Technology Group and co-chairman of Hongxin Entrepreneurship Workshop Investment Group, and a non-independent director of Hongxin Electronics (300657). He previously served as deputy director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, general manager of Chongqing Cloud Computing Co., and senior vice president of Chinasoft International.
